Yes. For safety reasons, there is a maximum passenger weight limit of 95 kg per person. The total weight of all passengers must not exceed the safe limits set by the aircraft manufacturer.
We recommend that you notify us in advance if any passenger exceeds this weight. Failure to do so may result in denied boarding at the pilot’s discretion.
Small personal items and day bags are permitted but must fit on your lap. Large bags or suitcases are not accepted on this day shuttle service.
Tickets are non-refundable, except if the Royal Ascot event is cancelled by the organiser or if Get Heli cancels the flight due to unsafe conditions. In such cases, only the ticket price (excluding landing fees and 3% booking fees) will be refunded. All credit card processing charges are non-refundable.
